Working closely with Transco Industries, Solid Design and Detail performed the fabrication design for the entire mechanical scope of the Mud Mt. Fish Bypass Facility. After USACE worked through some issues and litigation with the structural steel contractor, the mechanical systems are now fully operational and were a massive success for Transco and Solid Design and Detail. Valued at over $130 million in public funds, the project addresses environmental and political demands, aiming to protect endangered salmon runs. Solid Design & Detail's seamless contribution to this critical initiative reinforces our reputation for delivering exceptional results in complex and high-profile projects within the PNW fabrication community.

SDD supported the 3D design and detailed this project in its entirety. This included complete 3D BIM Models, Shop Drawings, Assembly and Erection Drawings, Bill of Materials, Sheetmetal Flat Patterns and .DXF files to CNC all steel plates.
