The Cascadia Garlington Center, named in honor of Rev. Dr.John W. Garlington, Jr., and Mrs. Yvonne Garlington, encompasses a four-story, 52-unit affordable housing building and a two-story health clinic offering behavioral and primary care services. The 24,000 Sq. Ft. Garlington Health Center promotes whole healthcare, integrating medical and mental health services, preventative care, lifestyle classes, and wellness resources. The Cascadia Garlington Center will undoubtedly establish itself as an essential public health facility in the King neighborhood of NE Portland.

project Scope

SDD supported the 3D design and detailed this project in its entirety. This included complete 3D BIM Models, Shop Drawings, Assembly and Erection Drawings, Bill of Materials, Sheetmetal Flat Patterns and .DXF files to CNC all steel plates.
