Solid Design & Detail played a crucial role in the B&M fabrication process for the Cascadia Garlington Center, contributing to a vital community resource. Named in honor of Rev. Dr. John W. Garlington, Jr., and Mrs. Yvonne Garlington, who championed social justice, the center encompasses a four-story, 52-unit affordable housing building and a two-story health clinic offering behavioral and primary care services.

The 24,000 SF Garlington Health Center promotes whole healthcare, integrating medical and mental health services, preventative care, lifestyle classes, and wellness resources. The center fosters a holistic approach to well-being for residents and clinic patients with amenities like a kitchen, food pantry, exercise room, and community garden. Solid Design & Detail's contribution ensures a functional and community-focused design for this essential facility in the King neighborhood of NE Portland.
