Solid Design & Detail was hired for the Structural and MiscellaneousSteel Detailing for the Abernethy Flats apartments. This 22,750-square-foot mixed-use apartment building, situated in inner SE Portland, boasts 34 high-end studio and 1-bedroom units, with two retail spaces and a courtyard on the ground floor.

SDD supported the 3D design and detailed this project in its entirety. This included complete 3D BIM Models, Shop Drawings, Assembly andErection Drawings, Bill of Materials, Sheetmetal Flat Patterns and .DXF files to CNC all steel plates.
