This 22,750-square-foot mixed-use apartment building, situated in inner SE Portland, boasts 34 high-end studio and 1-bedroom units, with two retail spaces on the ground floor enhancing street-level activation. Solid Design & Detail's expertise ensured a seamless integration of modern design elements, drawing inspiration from the neighborhood's aesthetic to create a sustainable, engaging living space that fits beautifully with its eclectic surroundings.
